If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their details as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is complete, accurate, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment is required at the time of order and is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. PawsFirst is not responsible for errors by payment processors.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing (for international orders), or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. PawsFirst is not responsible for delays or losses occurring after handoff to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging. A Return Authorisation number must be obtained before shipping any item back — returns without prior authorisation will be refused. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of PawsFirst or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
