Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us first to receive a Return Authorisation number — returns sent without one will be refused. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID at any time.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing or dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days. We may require the item to be returned before we can issue a resolution.
